I've gotten wrapped up in all the "healthy snack bars" or the "meal bars" or the "hey eat me I'm for people who want to be fit bars" because they CLAIM to be beneficial and LOOK super yummy, so why not?

GIRLFRIEND. Most of these bars, even the ones with the SUPER clean ingrediends, are loaded with stuff that isn't doing your body any good.

Artificial ingredients

Processed soy

Sugars or artificial sugars

the list goes on.

Even the natural ones have WAY too much sugar packed in for a little snack bar.

What I love about Beachbars is they are clean, natural and YUMMY. However, they are also balanced with 10g protein, 6g sugar, 4g fiber and only 150 calories. Choco peanut butter or dark chocolate cherry - which would tickle your fancy?
