I remember it well.⁣

You see, Ian is a 6’3 dude who loved the gym, steak, potatoes...and Chardonnay🤴 ⁣

I started doing my home workouts and following a clean eating meal plan. While Ian would steal my superfood shake in the morning - 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘴 - he figure the rest of it was just for girls. Not for MEN.⁣

I kept doing my thing and started getting some insane results in less then 30 minutes from home and I was still delicious foods and enjoying wine.⁣

Ian realized he was losing almost 2 hours a day, away from me and our new baby, just by going to the gym. So he gave my routine a shot and would you believe it!? He lost 30lbs. He still has those steak and potatoes my friends.⁣
