I felt like people who were healthy and fit must be chronically unhappy, sadistic lunatics...π¬β£

π’π» ππ΅π² πΉπ²π³π I was in my 20’s with no kids and could workout for hours each day after I was done teaching. I didn’t have a plan.β£
I just kinda showed up and tried to figure things out. I was clueless as far as eating goes...way under eating and over training. Then acting like weekends didn’t count because “I deserved it”β£

I’d gain and lose 5-10 pounds over and over. β£
And the crazy part was...all the effort I out in during the week was NOT resulting in the kind of progress I wanted to see.β£

I had a simple plan to follow and I finallyyyyy was achieving the kind of results I wanted to see!β£

As a mama I didn’t have hours to spend at the gym, but I dedicated 30 min a day to a SOLID sweat session.β£

I finally understood how to drop the yo-yo diet habits and simply eat my way lean with healthy, yummy food.β£

For the first time EVER, I wasn’t trying to figure it out alone and keep quiet about my dedication to my journey. I had a fit fam to encourage me every day and keep me motivated and supported even on the hard days. β£

Both ways I was putting in EFFORT, but I used to make it miserable and over complicated.β£

NOW it’s simple and sustainable.β£
Something I can teach my children which is so important with today’s insane expectations.β£
