THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO COMMITTING TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE THAN A NUMBER ON THE SCALE.

I want you guys to understand I’m not just talking about abs, losing weight or looking a certain way. I’m talking about mindset, confidence, belief, self-worth, things that I never had before.

I used and twisted food and fitness into being something that I could “control” but really I used it as a punishment. I would starve and work out for hours a day and then I would go home and look in the mirror and tear myself apart and I would cry in my closet because I hated anything that I put on.

That person was almost the person who raised my kids if I hadn’t said yes to an Online Bootcamp 6 years ago...and allowed it to change my life.

Because of this decision, my children got to have a happy, healthy mama - through pregnancy and beyond.

PERSONAL GROWTH THROUGH COACHING

I look back at those photos and videos I took along my journey as a coach.  I wouldn't have been so motivated and consistent had I not been a coach on a mission to help other people because of the way that this solution changed my life.

I have all of this footage that I can look back on through my nearly 7 year journey and seeing my babies in the videos growing right along side of me.

The mindset and awareness they towards living a healthy life is so special and I am so thankful for it. 

I get emotional because I know so many people are struggling just the way that I have in the past. I know what it is like to be there and be stuck and to feel frustrated and angry with yourself. I know you feel like there is no way out of this awful spiral and then because you are frustrated you are frustrated at those around you.

Especially in isolation it is so easy to attack yourself, your worth and your value. I just want to be able to help you because nobody should stay stuck in there and those around you don’t deserve to you to be stuck there either.
